Refund Policy

Booking deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and a photographer assigned. If Pixova cancels a booking for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Cancellations by the client

• More than 14 days before the event: 50% of any amount paid will be refunded.
• 7–14 days before the event: No refund on deposits. Balance payments will be refunded in full.
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the event will be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Semester dues

Semester dues are non-refundable once paid. Waivers and exemptions are handled separately and must be applied for before payment.

How to request a refund

Email bookings@pixova.org with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
