Membership is open to students, recent graduates, and creative professionals with a genuine interest in photography and visual storytelling.
Submit an application through the membership page. Applications are reviewed by the executive team within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email of the decision.
Active members are required to pay semester dues at the beginning of each academic semester. Non-payment within the grace period may result in suspension of membership privileges.
Members are expected to represent Pixova professionally, treat fellow members with respect, and uphold the values of creativity, integrity, and community. Violations may result in suspension or expulsion.
Studio equipment may be borrowed by active Academy members in good standing. Members are responsible for equipment in their care and must report any damage immediately.
Members retain full ownership of their photographs. By publishing work through Pixova, members grant the studio a non-exclusive licence to use their work for promotional purposes with attribution.
Membership may be terminated voluntarily or by the executive team for violations of this policy. Members who are terminated or suspended are not entitled to a refund of dues already paid.
