Photographs you upload remain your intellectual property. By uploading to Pixova, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your work on our platform. You may request removal at any time.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details. We retain payment records for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and secure hosting on Supabase and Vercel.
